MorpheusREM is designed to help you understand your own sleep without creating an advertising profile or turning private health information into a product. Longoria Apps does not sell your personal information and does not require a separate MorpheusREM account.
With your permission, MorpheusREM may read sleep stages, sleep sessions, heart rate, respiratory rate, and related information available through Apple Health. This information is used to create nightly summaries, Dream Windows, history views, supplemental-sleep details, and weekly reports.
Health information is not used for advertising, marketing profiles, or sale to data brokers.
MorpheusREM does not independently measure sleep. It reads records stored in Apple Health by Apple Watch or another source you have authorized. The accuracy and completeness of displayed information depend on those source records.
Dream titles, notes, transcriptions, reflections, and related journal content are created by you and stored through the app’s Apple-based storage. Longoria Apps does not operate a separate advertising or analytics database containing your dream journal.
You may edit or delete entries within MorpheusREM.
AI dream analysis is optional. When you choose to use it, you provide your own OpenAI API key. The key is not embedded in MorpheusREM and is not provided by Longoria Apps.
Content submitted for analysis is transmitted to the selected AI provider so it can generate a response. The provider processes that content under its own terms, privacy policy, retention rules, and account settings.
Your optional API key is stored on your device using Apple-provided secure storage. Longoria Apps does not receive the key through its own server. MorpheusREM includes a function that allows you to clear the key.
Apple Health access requires your permission. You can review or revoke Health permissions in iOS settings. If required access is disabled, some MorpheusREM features may be unavailable or incomplete.
Optional AI features remain disabled unless you choose to configure and use them.
MorpheusREM may rely on Apple technologies and storage services to maintain app information and synchronize it across your devices. Apple handles information under its own terms and privacy policies.
Deleting MorpheusREM may not automatically remove information retained in Apple Health, iCloud, backups, exported files, or copies you previously shared.
When you copy, export, share, or otherwise send journal text, screenshots, reports, or other content, the destination app, service, or person may receive that information. Review material before sharing it.
When you contact support, Longoria Apps receives the information you choose to include in your message, such as device details, screenshots, or a description of an issue. Avoid sending health or dream information that is not necessary to resolve the problem.
MorpheusREM is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through a Longoria Apps account or advertising system.
MorpheusREM is a wellness and self-reflection application. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders, mental-health conditions, or disease.
