Kinisi is designed to operate through your Apple devices, Apple frameworks, and your iCloud account. Longoria Apps does not require a separate Kinisi account and does not operate an advertising profile or sell your personal information.
With your permission, Kinisi may read or write workout, heart-rate, route, distance, pace, calories, steps, and related HealthKit information needed to provide workout tracking, history, reports, and recovery features.
Health and fitness data is not used for advertising, marketing, or sale to data brokers.
Location Services may be used to record workout routes, show current position, obtain nearby address information, open a location in Maps, and request weather conditions relevant to a workout. Location access occurs only when permitted by you and when required by an enabled feature.
When you enable Guardian and invite a trusted contact, selected workout information may be shared through Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Shared information can include current location, route context, workout status, elapsed time, distance, pace, steps, heart rate, battery status, weather, and Guardian alerts.
You control whom you invite and may remove access through Guardian sharing controls.
Workout information is stored through Apple Health and on your devices. Guardian records and sharing may use your private iCloud and CloudKit environment. Longoria Apps does not receive a copy of your HealthKit library through its own servers.
Contacts permission is used only when you choose a person for Guardian. Notification permission is used for workout and Guardian-related alerts. Kinisi does not upload your complete address book to Longoria Apps.
You may manage Health data through Apple Health, change app permissions in Settings, remove trusted contacts, stop Guardian sharing, and delete the app. Some information may remain in Health or iCloud until you delete it through the corresponding Apple service.
Kinisi relies on Apple technologies such as HealthKit, WorkoutKit, Core Location, WeatherKit, MapKit, Contacts, Notifications, WatchConnectivity, iCloud, and CloudKit. Apple’s handling of data is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
Kinisi and Guardian are fitness and awareness tools. They are not medical devices, emergency-response systems, or substitutes for professional medical advice or emergency services.
