No Data Collected
Our commitment

Built for the road, not for profiling riders

Anemos processes the information needed for ride tracking and safety without turning your location, workout history, or bike information into a developer-held data profile. Longoria Apps does not collect or sell your ride information.

Location & ride data

Precise while you ride. Local afterward.

Anemos uses Location Services to calculate speed, distance, route, heading, elevation-related information, and location-based weather. Completed rides and precise GPS routes may be stored locally. During an active ride, a protected local recovery checkpoint may preserve ride state for recovery. None of this is uploaded to Longoria Apps.

WeatherKit

Weather requests go to Apple

Anemos supplies location to Apple WeatherKit to request local weather. Weather snapshots may be stored locally with a completed ride. Longoria Apps does not receive the location or WeatherKit request.

Apple Health

Workout integration, with your permission

Anemos may temporarily read body mass from HealthKit to estimate active cycling calories. The value is not copied into the Anemos ride database or transmitted to Longoria Apps. When enabled, Anemos may write cycling workouts, cycling distance, active energy, workout routes, and related metadata to Apple Health.

Deleting a ride in Anemos does not automatically delete the corresponding Apple Health workout.
Apple Watch & fall detection

Safety context stays between your devices

The Watch companion may use Apple's Fall Detection capability during a ride. Safety-event context can include location, speed, heading, elapsed time, rider response, and Watch battery level. This information passes only between your paired Apple Watch and iPhone through Apple device frameworks and is not sent by Anemos to Longoria Apps, emergency services, or another person.

Bike information & preferences

Your setup stays with your setup

Bike details and app preferences are stored locally. Longoria Apps does not receive this information.

Apple services

Apple frameworks provide core functionality

Anemos relies on Apple technologies including Core Location, HealthKit, WeatherKit, MapKit, WatchConnectivity, notifications, and Fall Detection. Information handled directly by Apple services is governed by Apple's applicable privacy practices and terms.

What Anemos does not use

No advertising stack hiding behind the handlebars

Anemos does not use Longoria Apps user accounts, advertising networks, third-party analytics, third-party telemetry, cross-app tracking, advertising identifiers, data brokers, CloudKit synchronization, or Longoria Apps cloud storage for ride data. Anemos does not sell personal information.

Your control

Permissions remain yours

You control access to Location, HealthKit, and applicable Watch features through iOS and watchOS permissions. Locally stored rides and bike information can be deleted from within Anemos. Apple Health information is managed separately in Health.

Retention & deletion

Ride history stays until you remove it

Completed rides remain locally available until you delete them or remove the app, subject to normal Apple device backup and restoration behavior. Apple Health copies have their own retention and deletion controls.

Children

No developer database of rider profiles

Anemos is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Longoria Apps does not operate an Anemos account system or backend database containing rider profiles or ride histories.

Policy updates

Privacy evolves with the app

This policy may be updated when Anemos features or privacy practices change. If a future version changes how information is handled, this policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures will be updated.
